Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
Manage team of employees to keep up with maintenance, make ready of a 300 unit apartment complex for residential and commercial units.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?I was thrown into a lower end apartment complex to get fixed up “University Heights” 40% occupancy, 1.2 star on Google, 62 vacant units, 80 open work orders, and a lot of crime. And in less than a year I got it up to 100% occupancy, with 0 open work orders. 3.5 stars in Google, and crime pretty much down to nothing. After that the owner transferred me to their largest and main complex in Topeka “College Hill”.
