College Works Painting has taught me how to maximize my potential and push through boundaries I didn’t think were possible to get through.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting has made me much more persistent than others I work with. Many people get discouraged quickly and give up. But College Works Painting has taught me how to overcome obstacles to achieve goals.
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?
Thanks for holding me to high standards.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
There is always a solution. Get creative.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
I still keep in touch and meetup with the people I went through the program with. They are some of my best friends.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
College Works Painting will be a big challenge. But if you make it through, you will be a step above the others. Do not be like all the other quitters.
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
College Works Painting is perfect for a career in sales. It’s also applicable to other fields. There may be better internships specifically for your field, depending on what it is. But College Works Painting will provide life lessons regardless of your projected career path.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
You’ve got to hustle and be proactive in your learning. No one is going to teach you how to do it.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Giving speeches at trainings in front of hundreds of people.
Last words of wisdom?
I learned a ton from the program. I would recommend it to anyone looking to go through a big challenge to improve themselves. You will learn a lot of valuable people skills and life lessons.
