What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?My family and attaining my current role at 3M.
Opportunities. I was able to leverage my College Works Painting experience in to full time employment at UHG before a year before I graduated-it’s been a snowball effect since then.
Before graduation it certainly as I got a good job in my industry. After graduation and now it has had a smaller impact but I still use things I learned in College Works Painting in my daily interactions with clients.
Client management through communication and setting expectations.
The only thing that matters for you right now is to find an opportunity gain experience and produce results that you can use to show a solid track record and project future success to prospective employers after you graduate. College Works Painting provided me a way to challenge myself outside of the classroom and grow as a business person. Don’t kid yourself into thinking that just a college degree is enough!!

Aside from the experience gained, I came away from College Works Painting with life-long friends. No regrets!
