How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
My experience at College Works Painting allowed me to manage and work with an incredibly diverse group of people. Many of my peers have only known the same homogeneous atmosphere, while I have been successful in leading a group of starkly different individuals to achieve a common goal. This has allowed me to be a more effective manage and leader, ultimately resulting in the promotion to my current role.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
There is no substitute for hard work. Ultimately, your success will depend solely on the amount of effort that you put in.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Life presents a finite number of opportunities, don’t take this one for granted.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Real Estate Private Equity is a highly specialized financial services industry that is not incredibly deep in terms of potential employers. Someone wishing to break into this field must learn as much as possible prior to searching for employment. It is highly unlikely that someone will be spoon fed information, thus they must be extremely proactive in broadening their knowledge base.
