How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting experiences were great talking points during interviews that set my experiences apart from other candidates. The structure of the model follows a general outline of how larger more complex construction projects are managed.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
How to balance life and work. As a professional it is easy to wrap work around life in every aspect. In this environment success is addictive and life can pass by in an instant. Take time to spend with those you love and share your successes.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
This program is not for everyone, but those who succeed will never forget the experience. You will be connected to a network of thousands of successful interns who all shared the same experience, who all have knocked on doors.
