Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
The place where you learn the most is the best when you are young.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Try as many things as you can until you find what makes you passionate.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Working with Adam Nixon all day and night and cleaning a car which had paint spilled on it.

Do it, focus, over work, learn what your employees do and learn how to manage people. Quality today will allow you to expand tomorrow.
