First real doors actually slammed in my face. Great learning experience.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
After graduation, College Works Painting taught me how to sell myself. Now, I’m using the same persistence that I built while knocking on doors.
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Working hard does not imply that you will be making money.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Sales helps College Works Painting’s bottom line, flawless production helps yours. Focus on production.
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
If you want to join Venture Capital, get an MBA and then do an MBA internship in a relevant silicon valley fund.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Get operational experience and build your own thought leadership in a field of your liking.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
My first rebuttal that ended in a upsell.

Knocking on doors will be the best learning experience in your life.
