Highly collaborative project management – work with internal stakeholders (asset management, leasing, property management, finance, development) to design and reposition existing retail centers for better value and leasability. Create and manage construction and design teams to complete internal projects ranging from retail builds to larger center redevelopment. Manage tenant and outside design teams to accelorate store openings across VA portfolio, review of construction design documents (drawings, signage, lease exhibits, etc), work with outside vendors to maintain and update internal databases and records to track MEP systems, maintenance, repairs, etc. Review, help draft, & track Leasing documents for compliance.

What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
To succeed a person needs to have a intrinsic motivation for sales and persistent interest to increase product knowledge in order to achieve adequate sales growth in a competitive industry, must also have a strong interest in dealing with people and genuinely want to go above and beyond to help customers and foster relationships.
