In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting was an extremely difficult and rewarding program, that has greatly benefited my organizational and time management skills.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting gave me great knowledge on paint, and the application process. I do not believe I would have this job now if I did not work for College Works Painting before.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
Never to give up when things get tough. I have dealt with a great deal of situations, where other people would have easily given up and stuck through them because of the hard work and determination skills I have learned from College Works Painting.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
That it is a very rewarding, if and only if you are able to stick with it. Most people do not, but you will see major benefits in your future if you are able to.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
All of the payrolls, and having the opportunity to get to know all of my co-workers as something more than co-workers.
Last words of wisdom?
I would like to thank everyone in the company, that has in some way helped me grow. If that was motivational skills, communication skills, or just being a friend.
