Responsible for company vision and growth. President and Co Owner of ALL OUT Parking Lots, a Philadelphia based company that provides services for all phases of asphalt and pavement maintenance. ALL OUT Parking Lots is a self performer that completes jobs with incredible turn around time. We have a full staff capable of addressing any needs quickly. Most importantly, our communication capabilities are better than any contractor in the market.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?My proudest accomplishment has been starting and running my own business and making it through the first few years which are always the toughest.

In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting was one of the best experiences in my life and I credit that experience for giving me the strength and confidence to run my own business.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
My College Works Painting had an immediate impact on my career. I started my business the following year. The year after that I graduated and went into business full time.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
The greatest lesson I learned from College Works Painting was to always keep the end in mind. Some days are tougher than others but achieving the end goal makes it all worth it.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
My advice is to always keep the end goal in mind. Understand what your main reason for participating in the College Works Painting internship is, and keep thinking about that the entire time.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Network with successful individuals in the industry.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Completing the ladder at the obstacle course with the two biggest DMs at the time.

College Works Painting is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn how run a business while still in school and to learn if you have what it takes to run a business of your own.
