I am responsible for optimizing our client conversion from sales to funding while increasing our client experience as measured by profitability and growth across the organization.
What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?Professionally it is accomplishing the current role of regional Vice President in less than 10 years.
College Works Painting introduced me to and gave me the chance to experience everything business.
My College Works Painting experience is invaluable. Now it allows me to have access to, if needed an unlimited network of successful people across the country.
Understanding and listening to clients is the most important thing to any successful business. Doing what it takes is all it takes.
Potential College Works Painting participants: As a person who has been making hiring decisions for our organization there is nothing more valuable on a resume than someone who has experience like College Works Painting. Current College Works Painting interns: I would say burn the bridges and sell out to making this the biggest thing you do currently. The more you put into running a successful small business the more you will get out of it.
10+ years later I still have many memories. The one I would simply describe would be the trips to Cabo and Park City, UT.
No one can describe or explain the value of the College Works Painting internship that has not completed it.
