College Works Career Impact
In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?
College Works Painting gave me confidence about my future.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
College Works Painting has given a serious boost to my opportunities. I wouldn’t have even been considered for the position I am in now if it weren’t for my experience and success with the internship.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
The greatest lesson I learned was confidence. I was very soft spoken before I began the internship and my managers taught me to speak my mind and have control over what I say and how it can affect others.
Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
I would like to tell them to absolutely go forward with the opportunity that has been presented to them. It’s only for the hard-working and motivated, and is a lot of work, but will be worth it in the end. I don’t regret my decision in the slightest.
