How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
I had real life experience to talk about in interviews and my experience with College Works Painting really impressed hiring managers. It helped me land my dream job.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
I learned how to negotiate contracts effectively, a skill I use every day in my current job.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Everyone has their ups and downs with College Works Painting, it is very challenging. No other internship can teach you so many skills in so little time. If you work hard and follow your training every step of the way, it will literally change your career and your life.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
In sales, know your product, know your audience, work harder than the person sitting next to you, and always take care of the customer.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
My favorite memory from College Works Painting definitely has to be one of the payroll Fridays when we all went to play paintball. It was a blast.
