Advice
What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Conduct your business with belief. Every successful business-person fails many times before finding great success. Don’t be afraid of failure.
Many college students struggle to choose between an internship specific to their target industry or doing CW. What advice would you give them on this subject if they wanted to enter your career field?
Enjoy it. You have the rest of your life to worry about your future.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
Experience with leadership and human capital will benefit you infinitely more than training in a skill.
What’s your favorite memory from CW?
Watching one of the managers I trained go on to become a huge success with the company.
Last words of wisdom?
I’ve said it already, but it’s all mental. It’s all belief. Regardless of what may be happening right now, you can make it a small bump in the road or you can let it beat you. But your success is completely up to you. Don’t let people who are afraid to fail tell you why you can’t succeed.
