SAVIS is a consulting firm working in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Industrial/Aerospace industries. SAVIS is an acronym for software Automation Validation Integration Services. • Established relationships with clients and became the subject matter expert (SME) for systems on site • Created traceability matrices for different systems based off global user requirements • Developed test cases to ensure proper execution of the system • Executed test cases to meet all user requirements, locally and globally • Facilitated other teams with automation support (PLC and HMI)

Work hard for something you wish to achieve and you shall be rewarded.
How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?
Better communication skills.
What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?
Steve Gaddis and his wife Beth. Even though there were troubled times and difficult parts to paint, communication and hard work ethic will always prevail. After the project, they have given me advice for the future (real-world life) and a letter of recommendation.
What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?
If you are having trouble, ask for help. Do not try to handle it on your own.
How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?
I can call anyone for help and they will be happy to help.

What advice do you have for potential CW participants? Current CW participants?
Ask your DM for help and be long term friends with the people you are working with.
What’s your best advice for someone interested in entering your career field?
It’s up to you. College Works Painting has given me the chance to do something hard and hands on in my life, all of the experience I gained from it will help me in my future career field.
