What Has Been Your Proudest Accomplishment Post-CWP?Getting the opportunity to interview for a Store Manager position in Wells Fargo 14 months into the start of my job here.
College Works Painting taught me what it takes to separate myself from my peers.
College Works Painting gave me great interview experience that gave me the skills needed to be successful in an interview also gave me real life experience to draw on within the interview as well as in my day to day job.
The greatest lesson I learned is that hard work and persistence always shows much better than someone with a lot of talent and no work ethic.
To work as hard as you can and learn from every experience that comes up. It will be very challenging but in the end you will look back and have learned so much! Even if your experience is only one year make sure you take full advantage of it.
To have opportunitites prior to entering the career that can help you step out of your comfort zone and to develop leadership skills. Once I showed them that I was a leader within the company my promotions happened very rapidly.
Vegas….
Work hard always and if you regret something one day fix it the next.
