In one sentence, what has CW meant to you?

College Works Painting was a life-changing experience for me and still leaves me speechless in a very positive way.

How did your CW experience impact your career? Immediately after graduation? Now?

College Works Painting made me choose sales/recruiting as a great place to start my career. So far a lot of the things that I learned, such as cold calling, has helped me be a better recruiter.

What do you want to tell your clients about what it meant to work with them and how it has helped you get to where you are today?

Painting a Cal Professor’s house after having dinner and drinks with them is something else. Sometimes, finding the right client and painting their house really changes your mindset about how things can be done.

What was the greatest lesson you learned from your CW experience?

Always push for success even when the going gets tough.

How have the friendships and networks you built during CW affected you?

I still keep in touch with a few friends at College Works Painting. It is always great to connect; I wish I had participated more so I could keep those connections.
