The methodology for America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2024 is based on a five-part evaluation, including an in-depth employee survey among U.S. employees who reviewed employers they were familiar with.
The independent study is based on more than 250,000 interviews and more than 1.5 million company reviews collected in 2022 and 2023.
Based on these findings and Newsweek’s proprietary scoring model, College Works was awarded a 4.5 star rating out of 5.
