College Works Iowa

Luke Ohlsen was a pleasure to work with! He answered all our questions thoroughly before and after repainting our bathroom. He was very good at communicating with us during the entire process!!

Working with Kyler and crew was a good experience. Great job meeting expectations and communication on schedule, etc.

We recently had our house painted by Naima and crew. We greatly appreciated their strong work ethic and how she and AJ continuously took feedback and got our job done just right. This crew navigated several weather-related issues and showed strong communication skills throughout our whole experience.

We worked with Wyatt, who was very accommodating and made sure we were happy with his work before he called it done. His whole team was very friendly and professional. They were very affordable and I’d highly recommend!

Great group of young men, worked very hard prepping, painting and cleaning up.
Ryan was the contact person for us and did a great job of explaining everything they were
Doing. They did a great job two coats of paint on the body of our house and one coat of trim
They went above and beyond a
Our expectations. Thankful to have them do our job. Our home looks much better.

Gage was very helpful throughout the entire process. When there was a delay he continually kept us informed and provided timely updates. He and his crew were very cautious around windows and doors and they cleaned up after themselves each night.
Before everything was finished, Gage came by himself and completed the last few touchups to make sure we were completely satisfied.
I would definitely recommend College Works Painting.

So I am a homeowner in Davenport and I was reached out to by Nicholas Mateos, and he was an amazing person to work with on coming up with a plan to paint the outside of my house. I’m a first time home owner and I feel like making a genuine connection with someone from a company is what matters most to me when considering a service or good for my home. Nick brought his A game and explained everything to me, and was happy to answer any questions I had. The clarity of the process, his friendliness and his ability to assist at every step of the way meant that I had no sweat signing off on him and the company he works for for being my choice for painting needs. I got a great deal and it also made me feel accomplished as well knowing that I would be making my home look good. Shout out to Nicholas Mateos for helping me become a customer of College Works Painting!

Very pleased overall with the whole process. Nathan is polite, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. His crew were all cordial and polite . The house looks fantastic, very happy with their work. All good!!!

I worked with Gabriel establish a plan and get a quote for the painting of our wood siding. He and his team were punctual, thorough and very pleasant to work with. Even though, in the end, we weren’t able to complete the project this year, we will certainly be using College Works Painting next summer on our 130-year-old house near downtown Iowa City.

Luke was enthusiastic, earnest, detailed and organized! Great communication during the outreach/proposal process has left us excited for the project to begin and I am confident they will do a stellar job, will post again after project completion.
