Brief Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
– Complete quarterly valuations of private company investments in accordance with department procedures; proactively analyze results and changes in valuation. – Working with the outsourced Fund Administrator to prepare quarterly Private Fund financial statements in accordance with GAAP. – Coordinate with the Fund Admin on cash activities, including capital calls, distributions, and expense payments. – Monitor management fee and carried interest calculations. – Ensure all Journal Entries and the General Ledger are accurate for reporting and audits. – Prepare accurate quarterly Partner Capital Account statements. – Produce quarterly investment performance statements within 45 days of quarter-end in compliance with SEC rules. – Support Compliance with Form ADV, Form PF, Trade Allocations, Custody Rule, Surprise custody audits, etc.
